• CD burning software if your system is equipped with a CD burner
• DVD playback software if your system is equipped with DVD-rom
• DVD burning software if your system is equipped with a DVD burner
• Symantec Antivirus
• Mozilla Firefox (safe web browser alternative to Internet Explorer)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
