Information Technology handles phone issues including: phone repairs,
voicemail, phone extension setup and changes. To report telecom issues,
contact the Help Desk and it will be assigned to our phone technician.
Our campus uses a digital phone system for employees and
offices. Extentions, voicemail and even the phone type is
programmed by our staff for use in your office. Thus,
switching the phone to another port will cause your extension to stop
working as well as trying to use a different type of phone, whether
analog or digital.
Therefore, extension changes, extension moves, special line requests and voicemail
changes should be reported as early as possible. To adequately meet
your needs we request a two week prior notice. If you have needs
associated with a large event please notify us at your earliest
convenience. These types of functions may require one month of prep
time.
