Setting Up Your Voice Mailbox for the First Time

• From any phone, dial the voice mail extension number 4800
• When you hear the greeting begin, press the # key
• Enter your phone number extension (attendant will refer to it as "mailbox number")
• Enter your default security code (password): 0000
  

  The system will take you through the new user tutorial and have you do the following:

• Record your name
• Record your greeting
• Change your voicemail security code (password)

  Once your mailbox has been set up, you will able to receive messages.You CANNOT receive messages in your voice mailbox until you have completed the tutorial.
