If a department feels that it needs a system beyond what the Allocation Committee has provided them with, or they feel that they need a hardware upgrade beyond the standard system configuration, they may choose to spend part of their departmental budget to order technology equipment. All technology purchases must go through Information Technology. This will allow us to ensure full compatibility between your system, the new equipment, and the campus network.
