We hope you are enjoying the redesigned Help Desk website, and have found it beneficial in meeting your Information Technology needs. Here are a couple of items you may want to keep in mind while utilizing the site.

The search bar to the left allows you to search through all of the content on the Help Desk site, giving you instant access to the information you are looking for. The small "PDF", "PRINT", and "EMAIL" icons (see the upper right of this paragraph) enable you to save or share the information once you have found it:  the "PDF" button will create a Portable Document Format file out of the article you are reading, and downloaded for later reference; the "PRINT" button opens a printer-friendly version of the article, which can be sent to any printer; and the "EMAIL" button can be used to send yourself, or anyone else, a link to the information you need.
