Biologist Max Termin to Give Lecture on Golf Course Ecology, October 28 GREENVILLE, Ill. - Greenville College is pleased to welcome Max Termin on Monday, Oct. 28 for a public lecture entitled "Golf Course Ecology: Making Golf More Environmentally Friendly." It begins at 7:00 p.m. in Room 104 of Snyder Hall.

Dr. Termin of Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kan., is the author of "Messages from an Owl" and is now writing a book on golf course ecology for the United States Golf Association. He has taught biology at Tabor since 1981 and is currently the biology department chair.

Dr. Termin received his undergraduate degree from Spring Arbor College in 1967 and went on to earn his master's degree and doctorate from Michigan State University.

The lecture is part of the Miller Lecture Series in honor of Dr. Ralph Miller, emeritus professor of physics at Greenville College.
